Square Head Bolts

Square head bolts are threaded fastener with a square-shaped head, consisting of a head and a threaded shank. It complies with standards such as DIN, BS, GOST, JIS, CNS, and ASME/ANSI.

The square head design allows easy use with a wrench or socket, providing greater torque transmission. It is used with a nut to fasten and secure two components with through holes.

Square Head Bolts: FAQ

Carbon steel bolts aren’t suitable for high heat. Use alloy steel or stainless steel for high-temperature applications.

Please provide the required size, material, and quantity. We’ll send you a quote as soon as possible.

Store them in a dry environment, away from moisture and contact with chemicals.

Use lock washers or locking nuts to keep them secure.

Common grades are 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9—the higher the number, the greater the strength.

We support orders ranging from samples to large volumes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications and materials. For details, please contact us.
