U Bolts

U bolts have a shape resembling the letter “U,” with external threads at both ends, making them high-strength industrial fasteners. The curved section of the U-bolt (which can be semi-circular, V-shaped, or square) can clamp objects, while the two threaded ends can accommodate nuts, washers, and mounting plates. Other common names for U-bolts include saddle bolts, U-shaped pipe clamps, and U-shaped screws.

U-bolts are more robust than wiring clamps and brackets and can be used to secure suspended pipes, electrical cables, motor shaft components, conduit brackets, and other objects. Common materials include Q235B steel, 45# steel, and 304/316 stainless steel.
